Flames has been in the Auto Rental Business from 2006. Flames was one of the first Auto Rentals in San Ignacio and offered its services in the San Ignacio area to locals even before the tourism boom began in this western town. Our first customers included businessmen and women, teachers and some Government offices and Government Ministries requiring emergency mobility. Flame Auto World grew from one Chevy which was rented to backpackers in San Ignacio to a fleet of 15 Chevy, Isuzu, Toyota and Suzuki models. Flames services many customers annually. Our main customer base is now tourists from Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Toronto in Canada. These tourists can range from archaeologists from Universities who rent from us annually to backpackers from Canada. We enjoy providing mobility for tourists and locals alike.
